How does an organic sunscreen filter work?

Are chemical filters dangerous for the skin?

Not all chemical filters have a bad reputation. Diethylhexyl butamido triazone, or iscotrizinol, as well as phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid, or ensulizole, are completely safe for the skin.
