The steps lack clarity and make the experience more complicated than necessary. Another very disappointing point: the gift card is not at all ready to give. There is no decorated card, no visual support, not even the code clearly presented. It’s up to the buyer to do everything: retrieve the code, create a card themselves (for example on Canva), and integrate the code... assuming they know how to use this kind of tool.
