1% Hyaluronic Acid + Shea Olein

The Nourishing Moisturizer L42 is particularly suitable for dry to very dry skin, characterized by a lack of lipids in the skin, which leads to a weakened skin barrier and promotes dehydration. The skin then becomes uncomfortable and rough, prone to tightness.

The texture of this cream is based on a reverse emulsion. By dispersing water droplets in an oil phase, it intensely nourishes the skin while forming a protective barrier that limits water loss and maintains long-lasting hydration. Its enveloping texture deeply nourishes the skin and leaves a soft, non-greasy, and non-sticky finish. Non-comedogenic.

1% Hyaluronic Acid [100 – 400 kDa]:
Hyaluronic acid is a moisturizing agent known for its ability to attract and retain water in the skin. With a low molecular weight in this formula, it penetrates deeply into the epidermis to smooth out dehydration fine lines and plump the skin. Hyaluronic acid also stimulates fibroblast activity, promoting the skin's natural production of hyaluronic acid to sustainably enhance its hydration and elasticity.

Shea Olein:
In this new formula, shea butter has been replaced by shea olein, a lighter fraction that retains the same nourishing and restorative properties while offering faster absorption. Rich in fatty acids, shea olein restores the skin's lipid barrier and improves its suppleness. Thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties, this ingredient is also beneficial for soothing irritations and reducing redness that dry skin may experience.

Plum Oil:
Primarily composed of oleic acid, a fatty acid naturally present in the skin's hydrolipidic film, plum oil helps to strengthen the skin barrier and reduce water loss. This non-greasy vegetable oil nourishes the skin while leaving a comfortable finish. Plum oil also adds a slight almond scent to the cream, thereby enriching the sensory experience during application.
