Firming Serum for Neck and Chest

Thinner and more delicate than the skin of the face, the neck and décolleté area has a particularly fragile skin barrier. Because this area is often exposed to sun and other external aggressors, it is often the first place to show signs of sagging skin. This concentrated retinol serum help fight premature aging by stimulating production of collagen to visibly firm and smooth the skin of the neck and décolleté.

    We advise against the use of retinoids during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

  • Active ingredients

    Retinol (0,2%) :

    Retinol (or Vitamin A) is considered to be one of the most effective ingredients to treat signs of skin ageing. It is part of the retinoid family, which is derived from beta-carotene. Its antioxidant action fights against free radicals generated by the sun’s UV radiation, responsible for premature photoaging of the skin. Working in the deep layers of the epidermis, it promotes the synthesis of collagen and elastin, and limits their degradation, improving the flexibility and firmness of the skin.

    Borage oil :

    Rich in omega-6, borage oil is recognized for its firming and regenerating properties. It brings suppleness and elasticity to the skin.

    Tsubaki oil :

    Made from Camellia seeds, this vegetable oil is renowned for its softening properties.

    Acmella Oleracea extract:

    Reducing the appearance of wrinkles and redensifying skin tissue, Acmella Oleracea (or Paracress) extract helps restore firmness to the dermis and improve the appearance of the skin on the neck and décolleté.

    I have some rough skin on my decollete as well as some deeper lines. I hope this will make a difference - perhaps too soon to tell but it is an excellent oil, very light and quickly absorbed so no worries about using it before bed and getting it on bed linen. 3 drops doesn't seem enough to cover upper chest and neck so will increase to 5 if I don't see an improvement in the next couple of weeks.

    I had high hopes for this serum, but on its own, it doesn’t seem to make a big difference. The skin is softer but doesn’t really do much for wrinkles. Since only a few drops are needed, the serum will last a while and that’s a plus.
