Typology Premier Subscription — Cancellation
You can find the detailed terms of this service here. As specified in the terms, if the subscription has been used at least once during your previous order, this service can no longer be canceled or refunded.
We can only grant a refund, minus the discounts you benefited from with the Premier Subscription on your previous orders, within the standard 14-day period from the date of the order.
To cancel the renewal of your membership, please go to your client account page, under the “Typology Premier” section. The renewal date will also be specified in this space, which is the anniversary date of the purchase.
