Find out more

Magnesium PCA is a form of pyrrolidone carboxylic acid, a naturally occurring cyclic organic compound found in the composition of the skin's Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF). Magnesium is an essential mineral for energy production in cells (Krebs cycle). Binding it with PCA enhances its penetration into the skin (increasing its bioavailability). This improves hydration and repair of the skin barrier, and also helps to diminish or prevent the first visible signs of aging. With their energizing properties, magnesium PCA salts also revitalize stressed, tired, and dull skin.
