Typology Premier Subscription — Renewal
The Typology Premier Pass is a subscription that is automatically renewed every year.
To find the renewal date of your subscription, or to cancel its renewal, please visit your client account page under the “Typology Premier” section.
All renewal information is clearly stated here and in your client account area, therefore Typology is not responsible for the renewal and automatic charge of your subscription if you do not cancel it before the renewal date.
You can request the cancellation and refund of your subscription if no new order has been placed after the renewal of your Premier pass. Please contact us with proof of the charge.
The request must be sent within the standard 14-day period from the date of payment.
