Botanical name: Oryza Sativa.
Extraction process: First cold pressing.
Family: Poaceae.
Part of the plant extracted: Pericarp (husk, bran) of the seeds.
Location: Grown in temperate regions, primarily in Asia, South America, and Africa.
Flowering: From July to November.
Provenance, origin: China.
Phytochemical composition: Polyunsaturated fatty acids (linoleic acid, alpha-linolenic acid, arachidonic acid), monounsaturated fatty acids (oleic acid, palmitoleic acid), saturated fatty acids (palmitic acid, stearic acid, myristic acid, lauric acid, lignoceric acid), carotenoids (beta-carotene, alpha-carotene, lycopene), gamma-oryzanol, ferulic acid, vitamin E, phytosterols, mineral salts (including calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc), coenzyme Q10, glutathione peroxidase, methionine reductase, polyphenol oxidase, lipoic acid.

Method of Preservation

Store in a dry and relatively cool place, away from light and heat. Rice bran oil crystallizes at temperatures below 10°C.
