Concentration allowed by European regulations :
Up to 10% in finished cosmetic products. Only nanomaterials with the following characteristics are allowed: Purity > 97% with the following impurity profile: ash content ≤ 0.15%, total sulfur content ≤ 0.65%, total PAH content ≤ 500 ppb and benzo[a]pyrene ≤ 5 ppb, dibenzo[a, h]anthracene ≤ 5 ppb, total As content ≤ 3 ppm, total Pb content ≤ 10 ppm, total Hg content ≤ 1 ppm.

Nail polishes, eyeliners, mascaras, eye shadows, face masks, illuminators, blushes, foundations, face masks, lipsticks.

Black coloring. Do not use in applications that may lead to end user lung exposure by inhalation. Also used as a food additive (E152). Not approved in the United States. Classified in group 2B by IARC (International Agency for Research on Cancer).
