Concentration allowed by European regulations :
Up to 10% in finished cosmetic products. Only nanomaterials with the following characteristics are allowed: Purity ≥ 98.5%, with the isomeric fraction of 2,2′-methylene-bis(6-(2H-benzotriazol-2-yl)-4-(isooctyl)phenol) not exceeding 1.5%; Solubility < 5 ng/L in water at 25 °C; Partition coefficient (log Poe) 12.7 at 25 °C; Uncoated; Median particle size value D50 (50% of number below this diameter) ≥ 120 nm mass distribution or ≥ 60 nm numerical particle size distribution.

More information :
Anti-UVA and UVB sunscreen. Do not use in applications that may lead to end-user lung exposure by inhalation. Filter not approved in the US and approved in Canada up to 5%.
