  • Exfoliation: The first step to improving the appearance of your legs is to regularly exfoliate them. Once or twice a week, scrubbing your skin helps to remove dead cells and impurities that can clog pores. This deep cleanses the skin, enhancing the effects of other treatments. For best results, it is recommended to exfoliate just after your shower, when the pores are sufficiently dilated. To do this, start by applying your body exfoliating treatment at the feet and gradually move up towards the top of the legs, making light circular movements. There's no need to scrub excessively. However, never exfoliate and wax on the same day. Ideally, do it the day before waxing.

  • Self-massage: Furthermore, consider regularly massaging your legs (ideally every evening) to stimulate circulatory exchanges and eliminate excess water. These massages aim to firm the skin, slim the legs, and alleviate feelings of heavy legs. To do this, massage your legs more or less firmly from the bottom up, starting from the foot and gradually moving up to the thigh, with a cool gel or massage oil. This upward motion will help to push stagnant blood in the veins back towards the heart.

  • Hydration: Having beautiful, soft legs also involves daily hydration. After your shower, while your skin is still slightly damp, remember to apply a moisturizing body care product or a oil all over the leg. At this moment, your skin is more capable of absorbing the restorative active ingredients of the treatment (oil, balm, milk or body cream).
