How To Take Care of Your Legs

  • Exfoliate: the first thing to do to improve the appearance of your legs is to exfoliate them regularly. Once or twice a week, exfoliation removes dead skin cells and impurities that can clog pores. This cleanses the skin deep into the pores and enhances the effect of other skin care products. To achieve the best effect, apply the scrub directly after showering, when the pores are wide open. Start the body scrub at the feet and work your way up to the legs using light circular motions. You do not need to rub excessively. However, never exfoliate and epilate on the same day. It is ideal to do this the day before hair removal.

  • Self-massage: also remember to massage your legs regularly (preferably every evening) to get your circulation going and remove excess water. These massages are designed to tighten the skin, make your legs look slimmer and relieve the feeling of heavy legs. To do this, massage your legs more or less firmly from the bottom up, starting from the foot and gradually moving towards the thigh, using a cool gel or massage oil. This upward movement will move blood stagnating in the veins toward the heart.

  • Moisturize: having beautiful, firm and soft legs also means moisturizing them daily. If your skin is still slightly damp after showering, you should apply a moisturizing body care product or oil to your entire leg. At this moment, your skin is best able to absorb the repairing active ingredients of the care (oil, balm, milk or body cream). When applying, massage your legs with ascending and circular movements. Thus, these cosmetics nourish the skin, tighten it, make it radiant and leave a silky finish.
