How to reduce or eliminate them:   Use a vascular dark circles treatment enriched with active ingredients that have a draining effect (caffeine, niacinamide, cornflower water, etc.); inject hyaluronic acid; apply a compress soaked in cold water, an ice cube wrapped in a towel or a cold spoon on the eyes.

Preventive measures:   Sleep at least 7 hours per night; have a good hydration (drink at least 1.5 liters of water per day and apply a suitable cream); massage the area regularly with a suitable cream.
